Why do Schumacher sell direct? Isn’t it competing with sales with my local hobby shop?

 

Schumacher has been servicing its customers direct for over 7 years.  We have offered this service over the phone and later through our eCommerce website to enable us to service our customers who do not have the benefit of a local hobby shop to cater for their needs.  Also for customers who cannot contact dealers during normal working hours.  We will always try and put customers in touch with a local dealer wherever possible, as they can provide better service, especially in the after sales area. 

This website is designed to provide the full catalogue information of all Schumacher products and those we distribute not just to the end user but to dealers and distributor alike.  

Schumacher charges full list (retail) prices for all orders through the website and by mail order which does not include any shipping price which is also paid by the customer. 

 

Is your online site secure?

 

Yes.  Your personal information is protected by multiple layered encrypted technology. 

We will not divulge any of your information to any third parties and you will only receive emails from Schumacher.

 

Which credit cards do you accept?

 

In the UK and rest of the world site we accept, Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo.

In the USA site we accept, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

 

How long does it take to get my order?

 

We attempt to send all orders within 48 working hours, but usually it is next day from when the order is placed.  UPS is the most reliable service and will be there the next business day before 5.30pm in the UK after the day it was shipped.  UPS parcels will have to be signed for on delivery.  First Class mail is normally within 48 hours but can be up to 14 days.  First class post orders cannot be tracked once they have been shipped.

 

My goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit?

 

Please return the faulty or damaged items to us including the invoice and a small note explaining the problem.   Faulty goods have to be returned within 28 days.  As soon as the goods are received we will either send out replacements or refund the credit card which ever is appropriate.  Please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@racing-cars.com or + 44 (0) 1604 790300 if you have any problems.
