GM power capacitors are designed to reduce interference and increase power. They reduce voltage peaks and act as a battery buffer, and also reduce interference in your model. The power capacitors are soldered to the speed controller in parallel to the drive battery.

GM power capacitors are extremely low in resistance and highly resistant to temperature extremes. This does not apply to ordinary standard capacitors of the same capacitance and voltage values, which are not suitable for this purpose as they would overheat and not exhibit the desired effect.
