Last weekend saw the opening round of the 2010 UISP Off Road championships take place in Bologna, Italy.

This first race of this series was held indoor on artificial grass and saw Schumacher drivers Andrea Aquilino and Lorenzo Bigi competing in 4wd with the Cat SX.
Lorenzo and Andrea were both competing at the head of the field and after Lorenzo's victory on the same track at last months 2010 winterchamps, expectations were high.
This proved a tough race for both drivers and with a little more luck both drivers felt they could have placed higher. The final standings saw Andrea finishing 3rd overall and Lorenzo a place behind in 4th. Young Schumacher driver Luca Albanese was also competing with his Cat SX and took a respectable 11th place, just missing out on a top ten finish.
